La revista «Turquesa» es coordinada por la compañera Tiara Tempestad,
secuestrada por el Estado mexicano desde agosto del 2020. En ella se
compilan escritos y dibujos realizados colaborativamente por mujeres
privadas de su libertad en el penal de Santa Martha Acatitla. Dejamos
que la presenten en sus propias palabras:
«La gaceta se escribe así, de a ratos. Filtrandose a cuentagotas en la
rutina carcelaria. A destiempo pero principalmente a contratiempo de una
cadena en curso. No somos una colectiva o un grupo estable, más bien
somos un instante efímero pero autónomo.
Estas palabrasnacen del hartazgo de la cárcel, de vivirla y padecerla;
del cuestionamiento a la sociedad que necesita estos centros, de la
justicia estatal, una posición ante la dinámica de sometimiento».

Presentation of Turquesa Transcending Walls Magazine
The magazine «Turquesa» is coordinated by comrade Tiara Tempestad,
